GALETS DE LA TÊT
Syrah grown amid the rounded pebbles of the Têt valley.
An extremely sophisticated wine of controlled power, broad and soft in the mouth, with background notes of cocoa, ripe cherry and other dark fruits, and very fine-grained tannins. The Syrah is at its most luminous when young, but keeps its brightness and freshness over time, developing leather and cocoa notes.

How to make it : The grapes are handpicked when the phenols reach optimum maturity, destemmed, and cold macerated for 72 hours. They then undergo four weeks of malolactic fermentation with the must, with the free-run juice being run off. The wine is aged in tanks, and then bottled.
