Our soils give us beautiful vines, and our traditional vinification techniques preserve the grapes’ natural balance of freshness and flavor.
- Our reds come mainly from two grapes, Grenache and Syrah, which we grow in the Têt valley on terraces strewn with rounded granite and quartz pebbles.
- Most of our whites come from Macabeu, Grenache blanc, and Vermentino, and we will soon be adding Roussanne and Viogner to the list. We grow these on black schist in the Agly valley.
- We also make naturally sweet and oxidative wines of the kind traditionally produced in Roussillon, using Grenache, Macabeu, Muscat d’Alexandrie et Muscat petits-grains.
Our palette of wines is rich and varied, but its style is always recognizable.
